Goodwill’s quality-control process has earned us top ratings from global companies. We always exceed customers’ standards, and we regularly help customers improve their overall performance. Quality tools and lean concepts are part of every process, guaranteeing quality products are delivered on time. We provide strenuous lot control, and we do not release products until all requirements are satisfied.

We consistently collect and analyze data on our processes, our products, our services and customer satisfaction. Our state-of-the-art enterprise resource planning (ERP) software allows us to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues at first contact. We even scan and track inventory by specific bin-level location, allowing traceability by lot number and expiration.
